Middleton Sports Club now has a well-equipped and comfortable gymnasium with all the necessary state of the art equipment to support a keep fit and exercise programme.

The equipment includes two running machines, a cross trainer, two exercise bikes, two reclining exercise bikes, two rowing machines and various weight lifting apparatus.

This equipment is in a private room, overlooking the sports field and has the benefit of Sky TV for those with enough energy to exercise and watch television at the same time!

There is a changing room and modern shower facilities and, or course, an excellent fully licensed bar providing refreshment after an arduous work out.

Personal Fitness Trainers can be contacted to assist and advise on the most suitable exercise or keep fit programme for an individual member.

Membership of the Gym is automatically included in the ‘All Sports’ Membership category, or it can be joined as a separate category for only £192 p.a., which includes full Social Membership. There is also a £15 induction fee for use of the Gym.
